'Traditional Family Wills'
'Traditional Family Wills' have been introduced as a cost-effective way for couples in a traditional family scenario to obtain Wills at a very moderate cost while allowing them to 'tidy up loose ends'. 'Traditional Family Wills' are for couples who seek straight forward, simple, no-nonsense Wills and are mirrored to reflect each party's similar intention. The Wills are prepared in a short form format utilising standard terms common to such Wills and are designed for quick completion and execution. They are solely designed for couples in a long-term relationship having their own natural or lawfully adopted children. Therefore, such Wills are not suitable for blended families or for more complex situations.
'Traditional Family Wills Package' is an extension of the Traditional Family Wills in that the package includes not only Wills for each partner but also an Enduring Power of Attorney for each partner.

* Standard Wills are intended for estates comprising average assets such as a house and chattels with the beneficiaries usually being the partner and children, and it being unlikely the Will-maker will enter into bankruptcy or divorce, and that the estate will not be contested. Blended families, gifts, devises and funeral arrangements can all be included. These Wills do not cater for testamentary discretionary trusts, protective or such other forms of specialised trusts, complex arrangements, or the like, and these more complex Wills will attract a higher fee.
